To make quick chilled iced tea in a flash: fill small basket with tea, attach basket to lid of Flip Brew Pitcher, fill pitcher halfway with hot water, attach lid to pitcher (tighten completely), invert pitcher to steep tea to desired time, flip pitcher, remove tea basket, fill with ice and enjoy!
To make cold brew iced coffee: fill large basket with medium to coarse ground coffee, attach basket to lid of Flip Brew Pitcher, fill pitcher with water, attach lid to pitcher (tighten completely), brew for 12-24 hours, remove coffee basket and enjoy! Cold brewing means a better tasting, less acidic and more concentrated coffee experience compared to traditional brewing.
To clean: drain any excess liquid, and dispose of any leftover ingredients. Hand wash the steeping basket carefully. Use hot soapy water or dishwasher to clean all parts thoroughly.
